Guide For AuthorsAccepted authors are requested to complete the following 5 tasks:

Task 1: Upload Your Final (Camera Ready) Paper

We require that you submit your final "Camera-Ready" paper in order to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. All camera-ready papers will be will be published by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All Xplore-accepted publications are forwarded to Elsevier’s EI Compendex for indexing.

If you have not already done so, you can log on to the Ex Ordo system and view your review comments:

You should take these comments into account when preparing your final camera-ready paper. Please ensure that your final paper adheres to the guidelines as provided by the IEEE. Please check both documents before preparing your final paper.

Notes before you submit:

  1. Please check your paper for spelling/grammatical mistakes.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPITALS in your paper title.
  3. Papers should be no more than 6 pages in length.

Once you are ready to submit your final camera-ready paper, click on the link below, log in (using the same email address you used to submit the paper) and click on the link to "Upload Final Draft for XXX":

Task 2: Assign Copyright to the IEEE

Copyright is collected through IEEE electronic copyright form and is done on the final accepted papers only. Accepted authors will receive an email with a link to complete their electronic copyright.

Papers will not be published by the IEEE if the copyright assignment is not completed.

Task 3: Check Your Title, Abstract and Author Details

When submitting your final camera-ready paper, you will be prompted to check the title, abstract and author details of your paper. Please check that the details included in the paper match the details on the online form exactly.Please also check that the "presenting author" is correctly identified. This is the author that will attend the conference in June.

Task 4: Register to Attend

All presenting authors are advised to register and pay to attend the conference on or before the 31st of May 2015.

Presenters that do not register on or before this date will have to pay additional charges and may have their paper removed from the proceedings altogether. You can register at the link below:

Paper Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers (maximum six pages) must comply with the guidelines outlined below. All submissions will be refereed by the Scientific Committee. Submissions will be judged on the following:

  • Relevance
  • Significance
  • Novelty
  • Technical Correctness
  • Experimental/Evidential Support
  • Clarity of Presentation
  • Reference to Prior Work and Publications

Final acceptance is conditional upon registration of presenters by the Early Registration Deadline.

To achieve a consistent appearance across all papers, the following paper template is provided. Do not include page numbers, or use additional headers or footers on the pages. Papers should be no more than six pages in length.

Please ensure that you acknowledge the research project sponsor/funding agency where appropriate.
